Món Orxata’s Orxata Coffe Shops are a space dedicated to worship and spread of these jewels of the Valencia’s tiger nut fields sush as the horchata and the tiger nut, diversifying their uses and dignifying their essence just like other seeds achieved: cocoa and coffee.
That’s why we construct our idea based on tiger nut, cocoa and coffee at our Orxata Coffee Shops.
They are two types of premises: “Take&Away” at Valencia’s new train station or “Take&Stay” just like the old farmer’s house restored in the heart of Villarreal (Castellón).
The Orxata Coffe Shops are subdivided into two distinct areas:
1- Shop: Our store is an incomparable gift for lovers of tiger nut and horchata since most of the products we have are unique in the world and are made with a base of tiger nut and/or natural horchata.
We have woven a series of alliances with prestigious chefs from Valencia and other small craft enterprises, which enabled us to develop an absolutely pioneering high-end product, crafts with unique nutritional properties.
So you can find: virgin tiger nut oil, tiger nut flour, pastry made from tiger nut flour, a line of dietary bio-crackers, ham & tiger nut pâté, anchovy and tiger nut pâté, vinaigrette type dressings of tiger nut and artichokes, truffles and tiger nut chocolates, tiger nut chocolate, candies…
2- Premises: We have a fun and wide range of quality products such as horchata frappes, coffee and cocoa frappes, fantasy toppings, horchata classics, horchata cocktails, horchata & flavours ice creams, coffee to go, and many more.
As for the pastries you can enjoy of a wide range of sweet and salted products made from tiger nut and/or horchata such as muffins, brownies, toasts…
